Shipping policy

Shipping: Relaxed Vibes Lifestyle ships Australia Wide.
Orders are dispatched from Hope Island, Qld between 1 -5 business days
All orders are posted via AusPost. Please refer to AusPost for an indication of their
shipping time. Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email or text with
your tracking number. Please note that once orders have been dispatched, we are no
longer responsible for any transit issues that may occur. Please contact AusPost
directly via the contact pages on their websites.
If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases a
card is left at your premises and the parcel will be held at your local postal facility for a
limited time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered within 5
days (on average) it will be returned to us and we will then be in contact to arrange an
alternative delivery.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods: We take pride and care in packing our products
suitably, ensuring that they arrive to you in pristine condition. However, sometimes
items can be damaged during transit and delivery. We apologise if you have received
an item not in perfect condition. Should this occur, your items will be replaced upon
receipt of the returned damaged goods.
Prior to returning any damaged or faulty items, please email an image, order number
and details of the damage to relaxedvibeslifestyle@gmail.com We ask that you please
wait for our confirmation before returning the damaged item/s to the address we will
provide you via email. ***please note that as many items we supply are handmade,
there may be slight variations or imperfections, which are not considered faults.
In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, please contact us to investigate
the circumstances. Once confirmed, a replacement item will then be arranged.
Changes to your order: We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order
once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before
submitting your order or "checking out". In particular, we recommend double checking
your email address and delivery address
